EC Sustainable has a team of up to eight highly trained and experienced
staff that are site ready for specialised waste and recycling sorting.
This specialised waste and recycling sorter labour hire service is currently
available only in Australia. Staff are available at an hourly rate hire.
The projects may be a day, a week, a month or ask for a rate for a longer
term project.

All staff have OH&S white cards, vaccinations for Hepatitis A, B and tetanus and
police record checks for your confidence. Staff have completed a range of site
inductions and come with PPE such as safety boots and high visibility overalls.
By using staff who want to conduct site work in the field with waste and recycling,
you will gain confidence in the efficiency and quality of the project.

The types of projects may include:
• Decontamination of recyclables and garden organics
• Sorting of materials in transfers stations
• Removal of out of specification materials in landfills or facilities
• Manual collection staff for rear loader collections (e.g. clean-up collections, commercial collections)
• Conveyor belt sorting in MRFs or new equipment trials.

Staff may be used to cover annual leave, holidays, sick leave, new process trials or other temporary shortages.
