EC Sustainable was founded in 1996 in Australia. In its early stages, developing markets for recovered resources was a key focus.

Within a few years, a waste and sustainability services division was created, led by Kevin Morgan over the next fifteen years. Kevin became the sole owner of EC Sustainable in 2015. The company has developed to offer broader services across waste, resource recovery and sustainability.

Kevin established EC Sustainable’s technical leadership in waste composition and characterisation research and environmental audits before developing consulting services. Now EC Sustainable offers an integrated approach that supports clients through data collection, reviews, planning, strategy, stakeholder engagement and procurement.

EC Sustainable is committed to remaining at the forefront of research and advice to achieve waste reduction, diversion of waste materials from landfill and more sustainable communities.

Today the organisation moves forward with a substantial number of qualified sustainability consulting, waste auditing and operational staff.
